Sushi Anyone?
Check out the sushi at Koo-Ki Sushi, it's chocolate. A creamy white shrimp with a smooth white almond filling atop a dab of green tea "wasabi" on a crisp rice cookie. You can even eat the dark chocolate plate, edged with edible copper or gold luster.
