RSStalker.com allows you to create RSS feeds for Amazon.com products. Create a feed to track the price of a single product or track an entire wishlist, and receive automatic notification if the price changes. There is no sign up, tracking items is as easy as entering the ASIN, ISBN, product URL; or an email address to track an entire wishlist. When you're done tracking an item, simply unsubscribe from the feed.
